This album kicked the shit out of me in every sense of the phrase. Writing occurred from December 2016 until June 2017 with sessions of recording in between. I wrote all of these songs at a feverish pace. I recorded all of the instruments at a feverish pace. Minimal overdubs, everything was intentionally kept as real as to be expected (hopefully).

J Vega supported, understood, engineered and produced this record from the beginning and plays multiple instruments on the record.
